All electronics that you find at TeleRenta are new. Moreover, all our devices come with a warranty. When you receive them, make sure to store, install, use and maintain them according to the manufacturer's instructions. In short, treat them with the care you usually give to things you value.

We understand that plans sometimes change, which is why returning the product before the chosen term is possible. The effect will be that TeleRenta will withhold 10% of the remaining rent until the end of the contract.

Yes, advance rent payment is available. If you wish to do so, please communicate your decision to a Telerenta consultant at 0312.290.600 or via email at support@telerenta.ro. The payment will be debited from the card provided for the respective contract

The rental period starts only from the moment you receive the product. From then on, all future installments will be due monthly on the same day. For example, if you receive a TeleRenta product on May 5th, the due date for each installment will be the 5th of each month (June 5th, July 5th, etc.).

Bang, crash! Because unforeseen situations can arise anytime during the rental period, we contribute to the repair cost by including SafeRent coverage in the price. We are here to help you in case of accidental damages to the rented product. We take into account situations where a device is scratched, broken, or wet. In case the problem occurs due to your actions, we will inform you of the cost of repairing or replacing the product and we will withdraw 20% to 50% of it from your card, while the remaining percentage will be covered by us. Technical functioning issues are covered by the product warranty. It is also important to know that if it is stolen or lost, then SafeRent coverage no longer covers the product, and you will have to pay the full cost of replacing the product. Rent is always paid one month in advance. After you add the desired product to the rental cart and fill in all the delivery and billing details, you register your card, at which point the chosen equipment is considered reserved. After your account is considered valid, the first intallment will be debited and we will send the rent contract on your email. The next installment will be paid exactly one month from the day your product is delivered, not one month from the payment of the first rent. Example: if you make the payment of the first rent on May 1st, and the product is delivered on May 5th, the second installment is due on June 5th, not on June 1st.

You have 14 days to withdraw from the rental contract with TeleRenta. We will take into account the number of days you have used the rented products and based on that, we will determine the final payment amount and refund the difference from what you initially paid. After receiving the rented products at TeleRenta's headquarters and evaluating their condition, we will be able to process the refund to your account. If we notice any differences between the condition of the delivered products and the returned ones, we may request a technical evaluation from specialists. Any cost of bringing the products back to their original condition will be borne by the customer.

If something isn't working properly, let us know as soon as you notice it! Contact TeleRenta representatives and tell them in detail what you have noticed. You have our contact methods available here: https://telerenta.ro/contact We will send a specialist to evaluate the situation and, depending on the diagnosis, we will repair or replace the product within a maximum of 5 business days. Please note: do not call unauthorized specialists for interventions on borrowed equipment!

You will always know the due date of your bills to TeleRenta. Monthly rent payments are automatic, so make sure your debit or credit card saved in the payment methods section of your contract(s) is always properly funded. If on the due date the amount cannot be debited, TeleRenta will try to charge the payment in the following days. Monthly rents paid within the first 10 days after the due date do not incur any penalties. Penalties for non-payment can be found in the rental contract.

Has the rental period ended? It's time for a new TeleRenta customer to enjoy the chosen equipment. That is, if you don't want to extend it, of course. For the privacy of your saved data on the device, as well as for us to be able to access the equipment, make sure the product has been restored to factory settings and no longer has your account saved. Log into your TeleRenta account, select the contract for which you want to return the product, and check the option "Return a product".
